Woman journalist and activist. She was arrested from her home on the 20^th of March 2020; accused in state security case no. 535/2020 of joining a terrorist group while aware of its objectives and dissemination of false news. On the 18^th of January the Cairo criminal court ordered her release with precautionary measures. 8 days later she was rotated on state security case no. 65/2021 where she is accused of broadcasting and disseminating false news as well as misuse of Facebook and joining a terrorist group while aware of its objectives.
